Blythecon UK 2016

Mmmm, I dunno about your place, dear readers, but it's such a nice day at Edinburgh today! Probably gonna grab something small to eat, wear some fancy clothing and go for a walk, which will include stop at Starbucks and their new Matcha Latte. But before that- a post about Blythecon, that was supposed to be published a week ago. I am sorry for delay. Blogspot gave me some strange errors and I couldn't actually enter the control panel and create new note. Those of you, who like my Facebook Page could see gallery from Blythecon yesterday already, so yeah- if any of ya want faster update in case of accidents like this- go like my page, hahah. 

Some info about the event- Blythecon UK is annual gathering of the fans of Blythe dolls. Every year taking place in different city. If you follow my blog for long enough, you may remember I've been taking part in Blythecon UK in Glasgow in 2013 (and I even won a doll in lottery- my sweet Pepper). This time I wanted to make also a video, but unfortunately something came up and I could only come to event for it's first two hours. I am really sad about it- wanted to stay longer. Still, I managed to make some pics, just for you people. 

Quite nice location of BCUK 2016. Jus in the middle of city. And let me remind you, that Edinburgh is amazing place <3

I have ordered some new clothes for her and can't wait to get 'em.

so I got one :D I always knew u can buy everything on ebay, hahaha :D

I also bought new wig for Odi. One from tibetan wool, from my favourite maker of these; naturne :) She makes really fine doll hair. Lucille also has one of her wigs and quality is superb.


Non-dolly news- Life's running like a mad rabbit from alice in wonderland. Weeks are passing by I dunno when. This week I have switched for day shift to learn how to  drive trucks at my workplace. That's seriously stressing and tiresome :/
Good thing is that I managed to 'book' my holiday dates, so I can be calm about my parents visit (they're comming here next month and I want to spend some time with them), summer trip to Poland and small vacation at London. It wasn't as troublesome as I thought it will be, since I didin't ask for what everybody was (easter, christmass- I couldn't care less about these).
So yeah, that's it.

I still need to show U Odi's second dress from qiqikoko. Maybe next time. Cheers!

Paisley and news news news

 Hi lassies! Greetings from my dollie friends here because they need some attention too!

Okay, so at last I have a moment (and it is literally a moment) to write something that won't be as short as 'yeah, I am okay, bye' :)
Thru those last weeks a lot of things changed. As mentioned at previos log, I moved to other flat, which is shared with friend. Right now I am living at Paisley, which is small city sticked to Glasgow, but apparently connection with both Glasgow center and my workplace is much better than earlier. I takes me 20 minutes to get to job which is essential thing to me right now, when I work at night shift (because when I get off work, I want to go to bed instantly, hahaha :D) I won't show you flat itself, but have some pics from Paisley.

 BTW- got some sweet stuff from Bodyline. 2 dresses and one skirt. This is just teaser. I'll prolly sell one of the dresses and modify another one to be more casual (detail- will get rid of annoying lace from the straps so it can nicely fit under cardigan or blouse). I also bought two classic lolita (black and white) dresses but they were forewarded to my Polish adress. Will get them at June, when I'll be visiting my parents and friends.
Love the style so much more now. It's fun to wear something unusual.
I have also found my dream dresses on Taobao site (chinesse ebay for those who don't know site) and well, I am damned. But I don't really have monies now, so they have to wait...or I have to wait. Nvm :P

Artsy topic now- got to work with my new notebooks series. And as much as I love theme (Polish culture and tradition, pattern and designs) it goes...slowly :/ Because I have no free time. When I do- I sleep or simply rest my but and try to be as lazy as possible, lol.
 Anyway, some preview with unfinished product.
